The license activation wizard will use your License Account Number to find the correct license for the computer. Once you have a version 2 license, run the Report Commander License Manager tool (installed with the software) or choose the Activate Software option when prompted during installation. If your license is not covered by a Support and Maintenance subscription, you can purchase an upgrade in the online store. If your Report Commander license is covered by a Support and Maintenance subscription, it has been upgraded to version 2 and you will find your new license(s) waiting for you in your license account.

When you install Report Commander 2, you can run the software in evaluation mode for 30 days before purchasing or upgrading a license. Report Commander 2 requires a new license: version 1 licenses are not valid for version 2. See the Backward Compatibility topic in the user guide for more information.
